Gilbert Yvel, one of the most infamous competitors in PRIDE's storied history, will be returning to the Japanese MMA scene after signing a contract with DREAM, reports Stash Capar of The Fight Network. Yvel's contract with DREAM is for three fights, according to the report.

HDNet, the all-high-definition cable channel owned by Mark Cuban, announced on Friday that it'll begin airing DREAM events for U.S. and Canadian audiences.

On the April 25 episode of Inside MMA, Ron Kruck announced the official partnership between HDNet and FEG to bring the DREAM series to the Western Hemisphere. With the long rumored deal now official, HDNet will be the broadcast home for the fledgling series in North America.
